Randy enjoys his work as a real estate lawyer, helping individual and corporate clients in Holland and elsewhere in Michigan with their real estate needs. “I help clients solve their problems and achieve their goals,” Randy said. “I want to help them avoid pitfalls and future problems.”
He has expertise in all aspects of real property law, including buying and selling, 1031 like-kind exchanges, zoning and land use, construction and development, condominiums, leasing, land divisions and platting, easements, road law, riparian rights and water access, boundary issues, adverse possession and acquiescence, and title issues. Randy is also skilled in environmental issues such as brownfields, contamination, wetlands, floodplains, and sand dunes.
